Michele is a Certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT, 500 E-RYT Yoga Teacher, YACEP Yoga Teacher Trainer, Author, and lover of life. Her approach involves facilitating the creation of new, positive self-beliefs that empower individuals in her specialized classes and one-on-one sessions. Through crafting engaging routines and fostering effective habits, she inspires people to discover what feels good in their lives, and expand their unique gifts and talents from there.

My healing journey deepened after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1995, leading me away from the personal care industry to explore fitness and, ultimately, yoga therapy. The transformative power of yoga not only improved my life but also had a profound positive impact on my students.

With over 18 years in fitness and 20 in the beauty industry, I’m grateful to share practices that help you feel good inside and out!
