Yoga
The Mind Garden yoga studio is unlike any other studio in the surrounding area. Our boutique studio offers small size classes providing an intimate and supportive environment which allows for more personalized attention.
Meditation
Our yoga classes, meditation room and garden will feature mindfulness meditation practices. We also invite our community to use the serene space as they wish to take a moment of peace and gratitude in this moment and the next.
Mental Wellness
We offer several mental health therapists with a myriad of specialties, all based on evidence-based practices. We treat anxiety, depression, addictions, professional stress and burnout, trauma, grief, and other challenges, to all ages and genders of individuals, couples, and families. Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a key component of traditional Chinese medicine that involves the insertion of thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow, or qi (pronounced “chee”).
Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic Medicine uses a natural and holistic approach to health and medicine. Through individualistic, patient-centered care, we focus on finding the root cause of disease, rather than just treating symptoms.
