Naturopathic Healthcare

Naturopathic Medicine uses a natural and holistic approach to health and medicine. Through individualistic, patient-centered care, we focus on finding the root cause of disease, rather than just treating symptoms.

Mental Health Therapy

Mind Garden has several mental health therapists with a myriad of specialties, all based on evidence-based practices. We treat anxiety, depression, addictions, professional stress and burnout, trauma, grief, and other challenges, to all ages and genders of individuals, couples, and families. Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a key component of traditional Chinese medicine that involves the insertion of thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow, or qi (pronounced “chee”).
