Hello! I’m Ashley Eder, LPCC, a counselor and psychotherapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their healing journeys. With a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Colorado at Denver and counseling licenses in California and Colorado, I am honored to share my expertise with our community.

I’m committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for healing trauma, deepening personal insight, and fostering growth, which is why I am certified in Brainspotting and extensively trained in mindfulness, body-centered psychotherapy, and other experiential models. Beginning Fall 2024 I will be providing KAP for treatment-resistant issues as well. 

The richest work for me is in the territory just outside our everyday awareness; our sessions involve exploration beneath the surface, beyond the old stories you have about yourself. It is an honor to do this work with you.
