Looking to relax, calm your mind, and find inner peace? Join us for a sound bath, where the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls will take you on a journey of deep restfulness and healing. During a sound bath, you’ll be “bathed” in harmonious sounds that promote a meditative state, allowing you to release tension and quiet your mind. No prior experience is needed—just show up, lie down, and let the sounds work their magic.Sound baths are a beautiful way to practice mindfulness, relieve tension, and support emotional and spiritual well-being. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, better sleep, or a new way to meditate, this immersive experience provides a nurturing space to slow down and reset.

This Pilates mat class is for my postpartum mamas, whether you're 6 weeks or 6 years pp, this class is for you! We will focus on healing & strengthening the core after baby, bring awareness to our breath & pelvic floor, & connect to our bodies again leaving you feeling supported & empowered. All you need is yourself and a mat. Can't wait to move with you!
