Kim is a California and Nationally licensed acupuncturist and herbalist since 2003. A native of southern Missouri from a family of medical professionals and veterans, she loves the greater Sacramento region and the people who live here. Her passion for holistic health care led her to New England, where she discovered Eastern medicine in her mid-twenties. Later, she completed her Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, California.

As a young athlete, Kim focused on optimal performance and ways to maintain health throughout her lifespan. She loves sharing the benefits of acupuncture, herbs, and nutrition with everyone. She has focused the majority of her career addressing all aspects of women’s health in various settings: her own clinics, IVF fertility centers, clients’ homes, women’s cancer support centers, home births, and the hospital Labor and Delivery.

In her free time Kim loves being with her husband, family, and friends, exploring the mountains and waterways of California; running, walking, yoga, cycling, skiing, and travel. She also hopes to resume the pottery-making adventures she began in 2012.
