This class is an invitation to tend the thresholds of your life where you have been navigating unexpected changes, continuing to rise and grow to meet them. It's this energy of resilience and growth that leads us to re-emerge again and again. The full moon in Aries on October 6th brings energy for courage, progress, and re-emergence—and we're channeling it into movement! This 90-minute Qoya Inspired Movement class creates spaciousness for deep listening and the opportunity to skillfully support one another as we navigate these winds of change together. We'll use movement to come into coherence, root into your deeper purpose and values, and cultivate fortitude for what's next. No experience required. Everyone welcome.

Rochelle Schieck is the creator of Qoya, a movement practice that honors the wisdom of yoga, the wild of dance, and the freedom of expression. With decades of devotion, she has facilitated over 5,000 classes and guided women on transformative retreats worldwide, trained hundreds of teachers in 20 countries and led over 120 retreats on 6 different continents. Rochelle weaves together ancient wisdom and embodied practices to remember that our essence is like nature, wild, wise, and free. Currently traveling through Folsom, she's excited to connect with the community there for this special pop up class.

Relax your mind and release what no longer serves you. Lower your heart rate and calm your nervous system. Hypnotherapy and sound healing will reduce your stress and anxiety, improve your sleep, create a deep sense of wellbeing, and promote healing that goes well beyond simple relaxation. In hypnosis, your inner mind is more open to change to positive thoughts and desires.
Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. You are invited to bring a pillow and eye mask to add to creating your own cozy space to lay down and receive a hypnotic journey with crystal singing bowls, ocean drums and more.
Note: Hypnosis has been shown to infrequently trigger seizures in cases where individuals have seizure disorders and/or are taking medications that are associated with triggering seizures.
